  • Each custom piece is unique

All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

 

3. Custom Artwork Approval

For custom pet portraits, we provide a digital preview for customer approval.

  • Customers are allowed up to 72 hours (3 days) to review and approve the artwork.
  • If no response is received within 72 hours, the artwork will be automatically approved and sent to production.
  • Once approved or automatically approved, the order is considered final.

 

 

4. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate personal and shipping information
  • Clear and suitable reference photos

Voyapaws is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Voyapaws is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

  • Custom-made products are generally non-refundable
  • Exceptions may apply for damaged or defective items
