Once your artwork is approved, your custom pet portrait will be produced, packaged, and shipped within 48 hours.
Artwork Approval Window
We allow up to 72 hours (3 days) for artwork approval. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the artwork will be automatically approved and sent to print to avoid unnecessary delays.

We operate two U.S.-based fulfillment facilities to ensure fast and reliable delivery:

All orders are shipped using official, trusted shipping carriers.
Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.)
After shipment, delivery within the United States typically takes 1–5 business days.
