Thank you for shopping with us. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Pet Portrait Canvas
All custom pet portrait canvas orders are made-to-order and one of a kind. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun, except in special circumstances outlined below.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to remake and reship your artwork at no additional cost.
In these cases, we may also offer compensation for the additional waiting time, depending on the situation.

Custom Pet Crystal Necklace
Custom pet crystal necklace orders are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
  • The item is unused and in resellable condition
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@voyapaws.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return
Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team.
Please note:
  • If the return is not due to a product defect or shipping damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Digital products (including downloadable custom pet portraits)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any custom-made product that has already been approved and produced

Important Notes
  • All approved custom artwork orders are considered final once production begins.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
