We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed. So far we're created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro-pigs and even hedgehogs! Our artists are incredibly talented and can work with any animal on Earth.

Yes! We have a variety of options to suit your pet parent's needs.

We are a digital design studio that uses a variety of proprietary photo-editing techniques, professional retouching, and advanced brushwork and blending methods to transform your original photos into beautiful pet portraits. Each piece is printed using professional-grade printers to ensure high-quality results that faithfully capture the details and authentic hand-painted brushstroke style of the original design.

We kindly let you know that we’re unable to add accessories, extra background colors, or additional items to the outfit you’ve chosen. However, if your pet is wearing accessories in the original photo, we’ll do our best to thoughtfully include them in the portrait. The same applies to collars—most of our outfit designs are created without collars to keep the artwork clean and balanced.

If your photo is a black and white image we will naturally change our costume to be black and white too, to match your pet photo. Note that we do not and cannot add colour to black and white images. If you provide a black and white image please be aware that we cannot offer a refund when you receive a black and white portrait.

Depending on the items you ordered, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. In most cases, all items are packaged and shipped together. However, one situation where your order will definitely be shipped separately is when you purchase both a custom pet portrait and a pet crystal necklace in the same order.

Our primary market is the United States, as our production facility is located in the U.S. While international shipping may be available in some cases, additional shipping fees, customs duties, and related charges may apply, and delivery times may be longer.

Your artwork will be completed within 1–2 days after you place your order. Once your artwork is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with a preview.

Please review your artwork within 3 days of receiving the preview. If we do not receive your approval or any revision requests within this time frame, the artwork will be automatically approved, and we will proceed with printing and shipping.

Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to support@voyapaws.com within 60 minutes of your order being placed. After 60 minutes most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
